Party President

Baroness Ros Scott is the President of the Liberal Democrats.

Ros was elected Party President on November 8th 2008 in a ballot of all eligible members of the Party, and took office on January 1st 2009.

As Party President, Ros's role is to chair the Federal Executive Committee, to be a spokesperson for the party membership and to represent their views to the party leadership.
